Monday 11th July 2011 at 7.00 pm Blaise Castle Estate, Henbury, Bristol
The Westbury Wipeout is a challenging multi terrain adventure run for young people
age 8 and above, taking them on a tour of the woods, streams and hills of the Blaise
Castle Estate. The event is 3k long (2k for 8 and 9 year-
As a fun run, the emphasis is on adventure and challenge, and participants are advised that, once they start, the only way out is on their own two feet ! All participants will receive a T shirt printed especially for the event. Please collect this, together with ‘Instructions for Participants’ and ‘Water Safety Leaflet’, at least 15 minutes before the start of the run.
The British and Irish Junior Fell Running Champion, who does much of his training in Blaise Castle, will be along to act as ‘Hare’ for the run, and to greet the runners as they finish.

The Junior Blazer was originally created in memory of the late Karl Andrews, who was a junior international hammer thrower (9th in the World Junior Championships), as well as a superb runner.
