Introduction
Westbury Harriers is a well established running club, based in Bristol, UK (the name
'Westbury' comes from the Westbury-on-Trym area in north-west Bristol where we were
founded, although we now attract runners from all over Bristol and South Gloucestershire). We
cater for all ages (youngsters of 9 to young-at-heart of 65+) and abilities (complete
novices to established international). We have even had runners come along as complete
beginners and progressed through to running for their country! Being a small club
with a big reputation, we have a real 'family' atmosphere - so be warned: you might
start by bringing along your offspring, but could end up getting seriously fit, yourself.
