Just a reminder that this coming Friday is the Mob Match, which starts from Greville Smyth Park and follows the usual GWR towpath route. As defending champions it would be great to see as many Harriers out there as possible. Unlike most team competitions, this race is all about the depth of your squad, with usually at least the first 30 runners counting - so please make a special effort to turn up! It is also a club championship event, so lots of points up for grabs! The following evening is the Gloucester Half Marathon, which is also a championship event!

Club Kit

Up and Running will now be stocking club kit for us! If you need to stock up on any items of "Westbury" kit, or anything else for that matter, do get down there! Remember as a club member you will get a 10% discount on all non-Westbury kit purchased.

Training

Chris Elson will be running his usual sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the coming weeks! These sessions have been instrumental in some of the great improvements we have been witnessing in our men and ladies over the past few months! During the summer we make more use of Stoke Lodge for interval sessions! Do get in touch with me, if you would like to be added to Chris' email list to be kept up to date with events!

Race Calendar

Check out the Races page for forthcoming fixtures!

Cheers all and Yours in sport!

Dear all

Welcome to the latest issue of e-news! Sorry for the delayed version of this instalment, but I have been very busy with work. In fact, as some of you are now aware, I will be leaving Bristol at the end of the Summer and consequently the e-news in its present form will have to be wound down. Hopefully you will all have seen the new club website and in particular the forum section on the front page. Well we will be attempting to make much better use of this in the coming weeks, as it will serve to provide regular updates about club business (much as the e-news has).
