Free Massage SessionAt the club supper, West View Clinic will once again be offering taster massage sessions. They’ll be based in the room to the side upstairs.
Run From Bristol To Bath Saturday 31 JanuaryThe plan is to meet under the St James Barton Roundabout, Bristol (end of Stokes Croft and behind Debenhams in town) at 11am then run to Bath along the Bristol to Bath Cycle Path. When we get there we usually go to a local Public House for one or two (maybe more!) drinks and catch the train back to Bristol early evening. Remember this is an ideal time to start your 2008 training for Half Marathon/Marathon. Date - Sat 31 January 11am (The 31st Jan is the only weekend in January that does not clash with any Club Championship races). Route - Through Fishponds, Past Bitton, through Bitton Train Station, follow the river into Bath and finish at Bath Train Station. Distance - About 16 Miles. What You Will Need - A small backpack to carry change of clothes (in past years people have taken a tracksuit, t-shirt/thin long sleeved running top), any fluids you might need and any food. Money for food and drinks/train. But remember you will have to carry anything you take with you, so only essentials needed.
Also if you don't fancy running/or are injured you could always cycle. Just a thought. If you are interested please speak to Jullian Bailey-Gard
