Membership Application Form

Please do not post your application form in a large envelope with the minimum value postage stamp - The membership secretary gets a card from the PO which states that there is a letter at the post office with insufficient postage. This involves a considerable inconvenience to our hard working officials and an unnecessary expense for the club.

Please fold your form in half and that will be approximately the size of envelope to use. Remember to print and fill in the reverse of the form.
